• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Upload content without proper rights or permissions
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our services
• Use the service for spam or unauthorized marketing
• Upload images of people without their consent
• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and enhance your images using our AI technology
• Temporarily store images during processing
• Provide technical support related to your content

Our Content

The SnapPop service, including its AI models, interface, and technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans

SnapPop offers various subscription plans:

• Free: Limited credits and features
• Pro ($25/month): 5,000 monthly credits with all features
• Premium ($50/month): Unlimited credits with priority support

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed through Stripe's secure platform
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Refunds

We offer pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions canceled within the first 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are not refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future charges.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using SnapPop, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Preservation of enhanced images beyond download

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

SnapPop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, including enhanced images
• Business interruption or lost profits
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues caused by third-party services or integrations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SnapPop harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SnapPop is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
